The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few minutes stroll from the Old Town Square and within walking distance of most attractions. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and very comfortable and with only 2 of us staying in the suite it felt more like an apartment. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage and a lovely comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was excellent. Shower gel/shampoo and soap were provided. We didn't avail of the bath with it's soft purple lighting which looked very nice. We had a mini bar fridge and a kitchen sink with a breakfast bar seating in the entrance hall area of the suite and there was a safe in this room also. The living room area was very generous and comfortable and with a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the hot food consisting of scrambled eggs and bacon and then there were continental options. Coffee was supplied in flasks and while it was drinkable, it wasn't great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar closes early, 9 or 10pm, but there is a nice bar just a few doors away. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel in general seemed spotlessly clean. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

A wonderful hotel, with very good breakfast, friendly staff and amazing rooms. We stayed for two nights at the hotel and everything was fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location. All the top attractions of Prague are in a walking distance. The rooms are impressive, they look more like apartments, equipped with everything you may need. I true treasure of this hotel is their staff. Special thanks to a very professional and helpful girl Irina from Ukraine that meet us at the reception. She helped us to book a evening cruise with a dinner on a boat and made our stay very pleasant. We appreciated that they gave us boxes with the breakfast, because we had an earlier fly at the airport. Everything was delicious and prepared with love. The receptionist Sami, from night shift, was very friendly. Thank you for everything! We will gladly come back to this hotel anytime we will visit Prague! With love, Lica.

Très propre Bed very comfortable actually best bed I have slept in a long time ,including my own in London Le personnel. A la reception,Sami who went the extra mile and top of things , Irina and ( can’t remember his name sorry) who also came up to the plate Au breakfast room ( Alex ,who was very efficient, and catered to young children, including my grandson) ready to adapt to different requests and engaged in small conversations which my grandson loved he is 12 Great windows that kept the noise away and the temperature pleasant. Loved the bathroom,,the space ,the modern design and the functionality. Lets not forget housekeepers who never failed to have a cheerful smile and greetings and who did a great job cleaning

The hotel is in an excellent location near most of the important sites in the old city. The suite is big, renovated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is big. The staff is efficient. The breakfast is good. But... the big problem is the lack of control over the air conditioning/heating system, which made us sleep on cold nights with the window open due to the high heating temperature. I hope the management fixed this problem..if they do - it will be a perfect hotel!

The location was very convenient and close to many of the big attractions in Prague. It was about a 5 minute walk to the trams for public transportation which wasn't bad at all. Breakfast was included in the booking price and decent but wasn't something we wanted to eat every day. There are quite a few restaurants within easy walking distance and the hotel was able to provide a heavier duty pack'n play for my toddler which was much appreciated.
